Dr. Geck's bio

This content was provided by Dr. Geck "Our center located in central Texas transforms the lives of children and adults with scoliosis, spinal deformity, and complex spinal problems. Our focus is on scoliosis and other spinal deformities in adults and children, including minimally invasive techniques. This is done in a patient and family centered environment, with a focus on conservative care first if there is no risk of permanent damage or disease progression. Counseling and education are the cornerstone of this relationship."

Care Philosophy

This content was provided by Dr. Geck "My passion is the care of patients with pediatric and adult scoliosis, and complex spine problems. This includes fixing failed surgeries, flatback syndrome, previously operated scoliosis, as well as cord compression and other collapsing spine syndromes. I have pioneered the use of minimally invasive techniques for the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis, the use of less invasive or single approach surgeries for complex adult scoliosis, and have extensive experience with spinal osteotomy surgery."
