I am greatful and so very thankful, beyond what words can even express, of Dr. Crooks, dedication, knowledge, experience, in helping so many. My back issues were slowly robbing me of an active life, and quickly presenting an altered life filled with pain and limitations. With my procedure, Dr. Crooks has given me a second chance to live a life my husband and I invisioned as a newly retired couple. Dr Crooks staff, from the front office to the back room have all been so polite, kind, and friendly. There isn't enough good things I can say. Thank you just doesn't seem like enough, but, Thank you, Dr. Crooks, so very very much. Rachelle Hatfield

My experience today with Dr. Crooks and his staff was one of absolute excellence. I went to his office the receptionist and everybody that works in his office was so very very kind to me. I will admit I had to wait a little bit long for my appointment however the kindness overruled the time wait. After going in and laying on the table for my injection it was a pleasant experience. I was in and out so fast I didn’t believe I had even had the injection. I simply loved it! I will tell people about Dr. Crooks , and I will recommend him. I have no complaints.

I was seeing my recommended doctor having issues with my neck for 6+ weeks with no help. It wasn't until my work got me in contact with Dr. Crooks and his team, they got me in the following week, no questions asked and started working with me on my neck/arm/hand issues. Right away Dr. Crooks and his team could tell me what they saw, referred me to a neurosurgeon, and started treatment immediately with cortisone shots to try to help with the pain/issues. Amazing staff & team, the care, the time you take to actually help your patients. There are not alot of doctors and staff out there in the world who are just AMAZING at what they do, but by golly, let me tell you, the select individuals taking care of you are A++ in everything. Thank you for not only always listening, but for just caring, it goes along way in the end.

From reception to the visitation rooms, to procedure room—- every staff member is personable and genuine. The Doc is always listening, concerned, and ready to remedy the pain as much as he can within limits of timing and insurance. Have been to him, and the clinic many times for neck and lower back issues— and he helps so very much. Anesthesiologists are fantastic! Crooks has become one of my favorite Docs ever!! See him for a first consult!

I have seen Dr. Crooks for treatments in fall of 2018 and 2020 for RFA (radio Frequency Ablation) and just yesterday for my first set of shots in my back for the spinal stenosis. I met with Jessica Byrd, FNP-C, AP-PMN on Tuesday. Thanks so much to both Dr. Crooks and Practitioner Jessica Byrd... they are both so caring and knowledgeable and pro-active, but do not push anything on patients. They explain, they review histories and they are SO PROactive. After meeting with Jessica on Tuesday, I got my updated MRI scheduled and completed THAT afternoon and my appointment with Dr. Crooks was the very next afternoon. And this morning, already, my stenosis pain is down to a "1". SO AWESOME. Thanks SO MUCH to Pinnacle Pain and Spine... your office staff at both locations are also very positive and helpful and caring. Please forgive that I do not name them all....there are many... but, Emma, Jennifer, Sonia and Elina stand out in my mind from the Chandler location the most.

Dr. Crooks and Jessica Byrd are phenomenal! They helped me in so many ways managing my pain and helping me locate where my pain was coming from when I really felt I was all out of options. I had tried so many other pain management clinics and they were literally no help. When I found pinnacle pain and spine my life changed. I have been living with pain for 12+ years and in a short amount of time with Jessica and Dr. Crooks, my life with pain is getting easier and easier to manage. I can't thank them and the staff enough. Speaking of the staff they are friendly and curtious, always willing to help and they go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. From the bottom of my heart, I truly thank everyone at that office for the help they have given me. If you wake up in pain everyday you know what its like and how hard it is to find someone who cares. The Dr's and staff at Pinnacle pain and spine are always there to help and I appreciate them greatly for it! Thank you Greg F.

Love Dr. Crooks and staff. They have changed my life for the better. I spend more days out of bed moving around than ever before. I have had cancer and blood clots and problems do arise after these types of diagnosis. I highly recommend a visit with Dr. Crooks and Jessica to evaluate your pain ... it may very well change your world for the better, it certainly has mine.
