This is the second hip he has replaced for me. I have recovered quickly from both surgeries. He also has a caring personality that shows through in his bedside manner.

Great experience!
Based on my experience Matt is a tremendous physician. He is all about overall health and not just a quick surgical fix. He has an excellent pre and post surgery program. I have enjoyed my relationship so far and I am 10 days post- surgery. Recovery is very comprehensive with no surprises and steady improvement. I was walking independently with a walker on day 1 and pain free without major pain meds on day 6.

Excellent Medical Team
I could not be more impressed with Dr. Clayton and his entire medical team. From the pre-surgery education and instruction to the post-op experience, the entire procedure went exactly as it was supposed to, with no complications or problems. My Physical Therapy group is amazed at how fast I am recovering - all a tribute to the excellent care I received from Dr. Clayton and his team.

My only regret, is not finding Dr.Matthew Clayton sooner. He has been honest, caring and extremely thorough. In thirty-five years living in Huntsville, and way to many knee surgeries, he and his team are THE BEST! He has, literally, given me the opportunity to have a life again. A true physician and healer.
