Dr. Carraro is such a great doctor. He is respectful, and listens. He does not rush you, nor make you feel that he is too busy to talk to you. I am happy I found him for my care.

I have had a similar experience with the doctor. First I was late for my appointment and he was not happy at all about that. Told me that after I am late three time Novant will drop me! Then after we spoke for 15 minutes he sent me for all this blood work and MRI's. Then when I went for follow up he said I did not have MS. He has no clue what all the lesions I. My brain are but not MS. He says he tells two people a week they don't have MS! I have been to four different neurologists because I have moved for jobs. All of them said I had MS. He said my main issue is I need to lose weight! Really? Being overweight causes brain lesions now?

He appears nice enough (smiled, offered handshake) but in both my visits, he would ask a question while looking at the computer screen, not listen to my answer, and furiously began typing. 5 minutes pass and it's the same thing... ask a question, then type. No feedback, no eye contact, except to say, those are very bizzare symptoms! When I read his notes, it seemed he was writing about another patient. I don't trust him and he has yet to make a diagnosis. I would not recommend him.

I had my initial consultation with Dr. Carraro and he was the nicest Dr ever. His bedside manners make you feel so comfortable and that this is going to be a great relationship. He is very open minded in your care and seeing someone with a new perspective after dealing with a Dr who was older is exactly what I need. I'll keep you updated as time goes on with my care.

I have RA and MS. Dr. Carraro worked with me for a year. He continually demonstrated compassion for me as he treated me with great professionalism. I felt confident in his judgement as my doctor. I would highly recommend him for your care. I have not seen him since his move to North Carolina, so I cannot give any opinion on his current office.
