What People Say About Dr. Matthew Burry, MD

As this was my first visit to learn about a recent MRI of my spine, I was extremely up tight about the outcome. First, the staff made me feel very comfortable and assured me that I had nothing to be overly concerned about. Secondly, Dr. Burry was very precise with his explanation and options I had concerning my problem. With the Doctors guidance and direction I should take for my problem and concern, I left the office relieved and satisfied that I had made the right decision to choose Dr. Burry and his office for my care. Dr. Burry and his staff are truly a cut above when it comes to caring, concern and making acceptable recommendations concerning health. It's really a "good feeling" to have and know that there are other than family members watching out for you.

Dr Burry was helpful on my first visit. However, the front office is terrible with responding to calls and requests for help regarding insurance questions.

Doc Burry performed a L4-S1 TLIF on me. He is very thorough about spending time with patients and making sure they understand what is to come and options for treatment. This was very comforting as he was not the first doctor to open my back up. Doc Burry corrected all issues and for the first time in years I am pain free and able to get comfortable, even as soon as 4 days post op. I cannot give him high enough of a recommendation!

Dr. Burry is a caring and highly competent surgeon. He spent a lot of time with me at my consultation reviewing my MRI and explaining his recommended procedure in terms I could understand. He spent time with me before and after the surgery and checked on my recovery progress. The nerve impingement in my lumbar spine is relieved, and i can walk again. Excellent choice of doctors.

He is an excellent doctor and gave me so much peace where another physician told my husband we had to accept I would only get worse. Just an amazing person forever grateful.

Dr Burry is truly concerned about his patient's well being and not just trying to schedule a surgery that may or may not help.

Dr. Burry is an excellent doctor and surgeon! He went above and beyond to ensure that I understood what the surgery was going to be, how it would be performed, and everything to expect after the surgery. He is very respectful and honest and truly cares for the patient. I have a C4-C6 spinal cord injury from a previous accident, and highly recommend Dr. Burry as a neurosurgeon to anyone, especially people with spinal cord injuries. He is very knowledgeable and informative. Thank you Dr. Burry!
