I have been a patient of Dr. Brown for many years and he has been excellent. Unfortunately, dealing with the office staff at this practice is horrendous.

Dr Brown has no sympathy for young pregnant women who are not familiar with being pregnant and afraid of the unknown. He does not answer question and when he does he is rude and sarcastic. Maybe Backus Hospital should have inservices for their Doctors On how to treat patients with a little care and kindness
