Does not respond in a timely manor regarding test results. Says 2 weeks is an acceptable turn around time for results even though they sit on her desk for all but 1 of those days. Bedside manor was very unprofessional and disrespectful. PCP was able to diagnose issue prior to her as she visually overlooked the apparent obvious root cause. Takes awhile to schedule an "urgent" appointment. Front desk is oblivious to her non-responsiveness. I would not recommend.

Front desk receptionist Geraldine has a poor attitude and is not fit for healthcare. Never felt so discouraged after a phone call with a so-called healthcare professional before unfortunately speaking with this woman.

My 10AM appointment turned in to 215PM appointment. Dr. Hagan actually said that if we don't like it we can leave. Accurate, but I would not go through that colonoscopy prep again so I stuck it out. Can't afford to take another day off of work either. This horrible doctor and her horrible attitude are the reason people hate doctors. Stay far away.
