Northern Valley Allergy helped me today. I haven't been feeling well. They squeezed me in for a visit. They have made me feel better during my visit and prescribed me hydroxychloroquine, antibiotics and gave me samples so I could get started on my treatment as soon as possible. They tested me for coronavirus as well. The clinic took extra precautions to ensure the safety of all the patients entering the office. Definitely recommending Dr. Varghese to all my friends and family.

Great service . !! A light in the darkness these days. I was sick with symptoms, fever, cough and a lot of pain in my body, an every time I breath I feel it in my back and chest. they are my asthma doctor and I didn’t know that they were open receiving people. So I call and they said that I can go. So they check me , and make me the COVID 19 test . They are open in this coronavirus time and they do the test also!!! Go or call them! I will have my result test in a few days .

I have been a patient at Northern NJ allergist for a couple years. Dr. Varhgese and his staff are amazing. Dr.Varhgese, the PA and nurses are always available to listen and care for any concerns I have. I called and the nurse was very patient, answered all my questions and got back to me shortly with Dr. Varghese advice. I went in for an appointment today. Once again I was not disappointed. He explained everything in depth and gave me comfort in knowing they are available anytime. I was giving refills on all my medicines. Everyone is caring, concerned and take there time. I have never felt rushed. I was also impressed today with there schedule for office visit. Appointments are spaced out so you are not waiting in a crowded office. I was immediately taking into an examine room to wait for the doctor. I highly recommend Dr. varghese and his practice. Thank you again for all you and your staff do. Especially keeping your office open during this difficult time.

I have been coming to see Dr Varghese for the past 5 years. My allergies have improved tremendously and since I have been getting Xolair I no longer have hives. Dr Varghese is still open during COVID-19 and I was able to get my Xolair shot during this time. Everything in the office was very clean and safe! Thank you doctor Varghese!

Great visit. Clean spacious offices and rooms. I was able to access all my health care electronically which I love since I am a total computer geek. I like their infrastructure. He actually asks me IT questions and we have long discussions about the old days of qbasic and turbo pascal. Nice down to earth guy actually. Long overdue review. I really like him but his PAs are very knowledgeable & nice and are usually able to grab him if I want to ask him something personally.

I had really bad hives that would not go away. He ran the basic skin tests and checked if there were any air allergens since I also have seasonal allergies. They did a blood test and it was normal. I did not understand still and felt something was causing my hives. He then went over a series of papers, spent his time and showed me data that my hives were spontaneous or idiopathic. Nothing causes it. But that was the first step in getting them under control, me understanding and am thankful for him in his patience and detailed information. I'm only taking zyrtec and am on xolair which his has totally controlled the hives and am feeling great. It was frustrating "not knowing" but he was with me all the way and understanding what you have is key.

I usually don't leave reviews and have been happy being a patient here for 5 years but recently noticed a review about the doctor, his PA's and the practice. So I wanted to share my experience with getting the patch test done. I was already a patient there for allergies and on shots. My skin kept on breaking out so I talked about it with the PA. And she brought the doctor and they decided to do the patch test. I found out the main reason I was allergic was to balsam of Peru which was causing me to break out. I had never heard of this before. But it's in like a bunch of things you would never realize and when I cut them out my skin is so healthy. And I had been to so many dermatologists. The patch test was super easy, I went in and they applied the patch on my back. I waited 2 days and came back, they did the first reading. Came back Friday for 2nd reading. Tuesday I saw the doctor and he discussed all the results of the test. It was so easy and painless. Highly recommend.

I’ve gone to this facility in both Bergenfield and North Bergen about 5+ times. I made the decision to no longer be seen or treated her. I’ve been very frustrated but kept giving the facility the benefit of doubt. I’ve seen Dr. Varghese only ONCE. Each visit I was seen by the PA I was never given a clear answer. The staff (PA’s) would walked in pretty much confused and unsure for my visit and wouldn’t know the answers to any questions I had. I would presume that as a professional, they read the patients chart prior to walking into the room - and even then, I would be given the run around and never a clear answer. I was constantly given the run around, that my head would spin. I pretty much was unsure what I was allergic to and didn’t know how to explain my condition to others because the office and practitioners didn’t. Each visit I would go in and be seen for 5 minutes and would be told that was it….Ummm okay? What exactly was it?!? It was very frustrating to leave confused and given

Dr Varghese started seeing my 1 year old with eczema about 3 months ago. He has changed our lives, she is doing so much better and her skin looks great! I cant thank him enough for the time he took to explain everything and show us how to use the creams and medications properly. My daughter is now able to sleep all night and is not waking up scratching. I tell all my friends and family members about him.
