Total lack of compassion. No organization. Doctor was very preoccupied during exam. Did not explain anything to me. Assistants scheduled me for procedures and when I called to verify she said they had not even been approved by my insuracne. Went back for 2 week followup even though nothing was done to follow up on. Was told computers were down and doctor could not see me....really?? can't write on paper? Never called me to tell me I couldn't be seen so I wasted an hour of my sick leave

Dr McCune himself is a truly gifted Dr when I first went there I saw him now I get passed around from Doctor to doctor to doctor never seen the same one more than two or three times the last one took away my pain meds for no reason even though I have documented injuries and spinal cord issues and have never broken any of his rules I don't think the doctor knows what's going on outside of the room he does procedures in

Have been a patient for over a year now. Dr. McCune is very knowledgeable, his PA, Amber, takes the time to listen to my concerns, and his staff always goes above and beyond to accommodate me.

If you are ever fortunate enough to get an appointment, or speak the office for an appointment, the doctor is very good. If you are trying to get an appointment or refill, or anything, you have to leave a message. No one at the main office ever answers the phone. If you have the billing phone number, they answer quickly, so go figure where the priorities lie. His other offices answer the phone quickly, but the FWB office takes messages only. I have been waiting one week for a call back.

Waste of my 4 hrs. Although I explained why I was referred for treatment when booking, Dr McCune said he doesn't treat my type of syndrome. Major miscommunication? Or just a desire to bill my insurance for a 3 minute interview? I had to fill out huge amounts of paperwork and medical history, but he wouldn't even take the time to show me how my TENS unit should properly be used. He was wearing gym clothes and paid more attention to the bottom of his shoes than eye contact with me.

Dr McCune's office received a referral on Aug 9, 2016. When I called about the referral on Aug 11, 2016, I was told I would get called back on or about Aug 15-16. This has not happened. It was a lie. But what I received was a lecture that was a GOD COMPLEX attitude. The doctor will make a decision about whether I deserve pain medications for condition regardless of whether I need it or not. Obvious, I am not worthy enough to get the call back.
