Patient Comments (2)
in Fayetteville, AR |
Dr. Matthew Coker operated on my 95-year-old mother without contacting me although the ER and WRMC floor has my name and pn no. I appreciate Dr. Coker's service, however, neither he nor his office staff contacted me for any information about my mother in advance. Also, I received no feedback afterward to explain what procedure was done, the treatment plan, her prognosis, and the expected time she will be in a rehabilitation facility. I consider these important omissions poor patient service.

I would not recommend this doctor to anybody! He tells you what he wants to tell you and then sends you on your way without the help you need. I seen him a year ago and finally braved up to go get a second opinion this last week. I needed a scope and clean up of my knee a year ago but was told I was no longer 16, and losing weight would not hurt me and when I go house shopping to buy a one story because stairs will never be my friend. Do NOT let him make you feel like nothing is wrong with you!!
