Scheduled my appt for 9:30am, arrived at 9:20am. Waited over an hr to be called. Longest wait at a doctors office I've ever experienced. Very inconsiderate. When asked after an hr how much longer, I was told that she likes to take her Time with her patients. Don't you guys think you should schedule accordingly then?
Unfortunately, this does occur infrequently but when it does it is because surgery has delayed office hours, emergency cases in The ER took precedence, or the patients before the index patient had complex problems and needed greater attention and counseling than expected. It is certainly true that the office tries diligently to schedule patients according to their needs but that requires complete disclosure from respective patients.

I was in the emergency room when I first met Dr. Jarberi, after waiting for over 12 hours. I felt that she was uncompassionate, rude, unprofessional, and in an entirely too big of a hurry. I ended up having my gallbladder removed (and luckly for me I did not have complications),if I had had a chance or a choice, I would never see this doctor again. She needs to realize when she has a patient in ER that individual is extremely apprehensive and in pain! Maybe someday she will be a good doctor!
My patients who know me pointed this comment out to me and claimed that this woman has probably never met me. Waiting times in ER are always long and that is not a reflection of surgeons involved. It is a reflection of the workup a patient requires and is performed by the ER staff. In this case, this pt was seen as soon as I was informed about her as documented in her records.
