I waited for over a month for an appointment. I was called the day before to tell me my appointment had to be rescheduled. I was not apologized to for having to reschedule, instead I was told that it was my fault that I was not given more notice for the cancellation. I was told they could reschedule the appointment. When I asked if there was any other times available, I was told that I would have to wait until June. I said that was not going to work. I was then cut off and extremely rudely told with a horrible tone of voice, let me tell you how doctor's offices work. I was in shock about how she was treating me. I told her to cancel my appointment. I called back to ask to talk to the office manager and was told that the lady that was so incredibly rude was the office manager. I said I needed to speak to someone above her. She hung up on me. After calling back to try to get the info again, she threatened to call the cops on me! DO NO GO TO THIS OFFICE!! SO DISRESPECTFUL

Dr Taylor & her office staff are rude. The office voicemail is always full & I heard the phone ringing off the hook while the receptionist was sitting right next to it. Dr Taylor didn’t think I had the brain disease that had been established long ago & dealt with, having brain surgery in 2009 at Stanford University Hospital. She also denied my sleep disorder which had already been established by 2 sleep studies, 2yrs prior. She then wrote a script misspelling my name & for the wrong drug.

Dr. Taylor is a very good physician. She took the time to listen to my issues and asked different questions in relation to my issues. On one of the test I had to go back for, I found Dr. Taylor to have a fun personality during the test.

I paged the "Doctor" because of the serious medical issue my husbands was having caused by the medicine she gave him and instead of her calling me back I had to talk to a non medical receptionist to give me some sort of answer she was relaying instead of calling me herself. A receptionist for Gods sake.. Unprofessional and scary!

Dr. Taylor is a very thorough doctor. Her staff is short and rude. For that reason I would not recommend Dr. Taylor to my family and friends.

I would agree with the comments of a filthy office and this doctor's rudeness. I took my mother once and never took her back. She is less than poor in my book

After 6 month seeing an ortho practice for severe leg weakness, I saw Dr Taylor for my first visit to a neurologist. Not only was she very thorough in her assessment, she was willing to explain all aspects of the exam and helped me understand what was going on with my legs. Other reviews have mentioned the conditions of her office and exam room. It is true, she has not adorned the place with plush furniture and high tech equipment but when I see a doctor, it is for the knowledge and experience.

The wait time in the waiting area was over an hour and a half and was filthy when I got to my room it was way worse than filthy it should be shut down and cleaned. Aside from that she was 2 hours late for her own 1st appointment. She will argue until you agree with her or give up she is always right doesn't listen to you as a patient just says uh-huh repeatedly and because of this she asks questions more than once. She is rude and her bedside manner is crap, being nice. I will never go back.

She was RUDE. Said we were taking up too much of her time, she had other patients. (it was a first visit...and last). The table patients sit on was nasty. She did not want to listen to us, because she was RIGHT ! She put down previous neurologist we had seen. Appointment was for my daughter who has seizures and CP.
