Dr. So was very good as usual for our video visit. I had some technical problems on my end with Zoom, she called me. She is always concerned and helpful in my treatment plan for my lower back. She is a great, very concerned, caring, giving Pain Management Doctor. I highly recommend her.

I have never felt so demeaned or ashamed by a doctor in my entire life. I was scheduled for surgery and was requesting a refill of a pain management prescription I had already been prescribed, prior to the surgery date. Dr. So was condescending, snide, and downright nasty, saying the surgery (with her own boss!) was unlikely to be successful and that pain management medications don't work. Incompetent, rude, horrible bedside manner, should not be practicing medicine. I left the office crying and

Dr, So, took me on time for my procedure. She was filling in for my present pain management doctor. She was very clear on each step she did. She explained each move. However, My only concern was, she instructed another doctor on each move, She served as the teacher. I thought that she was going to give the Epidural, herself. However, it turned out well, none the less.

Worst Pain Management doctor I have seen. I went to Weill Cornell Pain Management for another doctor, and for some reason, they scheduled me with this "doctor". Before even saying hi, she said she does not believe in pain medications. Sorry to say that, but she is in the wrong profession. Anyway, I asked how to treat the pain, and she said that she does not have an idea. I have no idea as to how Weill Cornell employs such a "doctor". I doubt she knows what she is doing. Shame on you!
