She was rude, disrespectful, and belittling. The worst experience I’ve ever had especially with a new doctor. She was extremely arrogant and I did not feel as if she was listening to my concerns. I need to be seen for more work but REFUSE to go back to her.

Dr. Smyth is a great doctor. After years of suffering she really helped me. She was the only one of the ENT's that knew what to do and did it. I recommend her all the time. She is open and great to talk to. She is the best. She is worth the wait. I wouldn't go to anyone else. She explains everything in clear terms.

Dr. refused to see elderly nursing home patient because ambulance service got her to the appointment 15 minutes late. Receptionist was rude, there was no reasoning with her. The patient waited weeks for the appointment and is deaf due to wax build up. No empathy here.

Wow, reading the reviews had me nervous to even go there. But I do have to say I received a call to confirm my appointment, and the woman was the rudest person I've spoken to ever! To be the representative of this office and speak to a new patient the way she did was crazy. The receptionist definetly should not work with the public. I can only hope that the Dr. Is nothing like the receptionist is . I would rate my first interaction with this place below zero!

Most unprofessional staff I've never seen. The doctor was screaming at the staff in front of a whole waiting room full of people and the rude receptionist had on a baseball hat and camo jacket, couldn't even tell she worked there.

Dr. Mary Smyth has quite possibly the worst bedside manner I have ever seen in my life. I was there with my father who has had a bad tickle in his throat for a month. We were referred to her by his primary care physician and she abruptly told us that it was not a problem. When I asked a question she told me to leave the office. I will be filing a formal compliant for how rude her and her office was during our visit.
