Very bad. I only had one or two appts., before my WTC case mgr. requested a letter from Dr. Okeeffe stating that my kidney cancers in both kidneys had nothing to do with my type 2 diabetes which was diagnosed in 2014. I had been covered by WTC for my diabetes medicine and treatment as a associated disease on my list of ten certifications. October 3, 2019 I get a phone call from my “case manager” Debbie Ramos, at home telling me Im no longer covered by WTC for diabetes as a result of the Dr. Okeeffe letter. This is WTC payback for complaining about why it took WTC six years (2018)to certify my right kidney cancer after they certified my left kidney cancer in 2012, and both were diagnosed at same time in 2010! I guess Dr. Okeeffe never understood “Do no harm” part of her oath she swore to affirm.
