Everything about the experience, from making the appointment, interacting with the staff, waiting for the doctor, talking to the doctor, etc., could not have been smoother, more pleasant, or professional. Dr. McBrien was prompt, friendly, and explained things clearly. She answered all of my questions in a pleasant and unhurried manner. If all doctor's appointments went like this there would be no complaints about doctors.

Great experience with Dr. McBrien. We've visited a few ENT for our son, nobody convinced us until we met Dr. McBrien. She is very very professional, knowledgeable, and willing to listen to you. My son has been traumatized with dr visits but from the very first time he met her, he has been great! As you can see in some reviews, yes the secretary (one specific one at the exit window...) is extremely rude. It's a pity bc the doctor is outstanding. Other receptionists are fine.
I couldn't even make an appointment because the front desk staff was so disgustingly rude. New patients are not given any sort of customer service.

I had been suffering from horrible swollen tonsils & awful tonsil stones for two years. I was getting sick roughly once a month from it & was constantly in pain. I had seen many other doctors who refused to listen to me when I said I needed my tonsils out. They would just incorrectly diagnose me & give me more medications that didn't work. When I met with Dr. McBrien, she agreed to take them out. The surgery was quick and efficient and I haven't had any issues since! (Had the surgery in 2014)

      Why Does Experience Matter?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.
