I've been seeing Dr. Finnegan for over 10 years. At first for small growths that she removed. But for the last nine years because I take immuno suppressants and the danger if skin cancer. Dr. Finnegan always does a thorough exam and has caught basil cells and removed them. And she always asks about other health issues and offers suggestions. She does all this and is always friendly and warm. My favorite doctor, of many.

Dr. Finnigan is one in a million without question! Our daughter has DRESS Syndrome and in the beginning was literally dying because no one could diagnose her but Dr. Finnigan knew what it was right away and knew how to treat it. She is extremely smart and has incredible bedside manner. She saved our daughters life and we will forever be grateful. If your looking for a dermatologist you wont find better.

Horrible experience! Do not go there! My 35yr old boyfriend needed to be seen for a swollen knee and blisters. He came home from the appt with stitches in his knee & cream. The next day his knee swell up to the size of a cantaloupe! He couldn't even walk! We went to the ER! The Dr. and nurses kept asking us why there was no antibiotic Rx'd. He was diagnosed with cellulitis & could have become septic! We followed up with Dr. Finnegan after & what a nightmare! Believe me, the story gets worse! Run

I had heard good things about Dr. Finnegan, but was disappointed in my experience. It appeared appointments were overbooked and the wait time was over 45 minutes. Dr. Finnegan apologized for the wait, but rushed through my exam seemingly anxious to get to her next patient. She took something off my leg, but didn't explain what it was. She left and her assistant bandaged the surgical site. When I got home, my pants were soaked with blood. Bad experience.

I told her something was wrong with my leg and she said it was nothing. Also i don't appreciate being yelled at that im dr shopping when I'm allergic to all pain meds and lots of others. Even the girls in her office did'nt think i would ever come back. But like a dummy i did. So i went do another dr and low and behold i have skin cancer on my leg. And i also do have alopecia which she said i didn't have. And to think i went to her for years never again. If your smart please try other doctors.

I believe that doctor Finnegan is one of the best dermatologists in Omaha, however, I would not recommend her or her office to anyone. Although she is a great doctor her office is beyond a mess. You call and can't get an appointment unless your willing to wait 6-8 months out. When you do get you wait in the lobby for a minimum of 45 minutes in which when you do get back to an exam room the exam is rushed through. The billing is beyond a mess. The staff in the billing office is less than helpful
