She was my child's doctor and only one appointment made me want to smack her. Unfortunately we had to come back to her because of insurance. Every time was the same. Egocentric and demeaning person. Thank god my child no longer has to see her. The medication she prescribed never worked.

I was Dr. Figaro's patient while she was with Genesis and before my relocation to Kentucky. She listens, she cares, and she has unsurpassed knowledge of diabetes and associated metabolism. Under her guidance, I permanently lost 20 pounds and got my usual A1C from 9.5 to 5.7. I highly recommend her to any diabetic patient.

Love her! She took the time to sit and talk with me, and was open to solutions that are not knee-jerk band-aids. She was easy to talk to, very supportive, and unrushed. A+

Horrible doctor.. starts off nice and tells you what you want to hear. Then just falls into the normal and no testing or looking for the root of the problem just masking it. Do yourself a favor and read up on thyroid problems on the web and hypothyroid mom... dont stay silent... rise up against doctors treating you as you know nothing... you know your body the best Update December 9th 2018 Finally got a doctor to run the tests she should of ran but would not ... find out there is a list of pr

I’ve been going to Dr. Figaro for 3 years to keep an eye on my thyroid after my family Dr. felt it was enlarged. She was very patient, informative and explained everything in detail. She didn’t conduct or order unnecessary procedures and went above and beyond what I’ve experienced before. I was happy to hear she will be seeing patients at Heartland Endocrine Group in Davenport. Search for address and phone number and you’ll find it. We are all fortunate she is still practicing in the area!

She is the best doctor that I have ever had for management of my diabetes. I too, am looking for where she has gone. I did get ahold of Genesis and they informed me that she is going into private practice, but don't know where and when. I am sure they know more than they can tell me but am sure they cannot tell me since they are in direct competition for her former patients. I will keep trying to find her, as I want to stay with her, if possible. Let me know if anyone finds her. Thanks!

She is brilliant, but more importantly she can translate that brilliance into terms a diabetic can understand. She is personable, listens, and is compassionate. I AM NOT A NUMBER to her where as I can't say that about other Endocrinologists I have used in the QCA. I've been a IDDM for 40 yrs and lived in Iowa City, Evanston, and Wisconsin. I've a proactive view of Doctors, they are high paid consultants who I hire and fire if I do not get service - She is the best I have ever had.

This office is absolutely terrible. When you have an issue and leave a message, they NEVER call you back or address it. You can even leave a message with the nurse directly and same thing! I ended up having to call the on-call dr and she never even gets the messages from the nurse! Very unprofessional in that regard. The nursing staff is awful.

Her smile and demeanor had me at hello! She expressed genuine concern for my health and took her time with me, answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I didn't feel rushed or brushed off. She even gave me educational resources to further educate myself. When I expressed concern about the cost of one of my medications she informed me of website that I could use a coupon for a substantial discount that I currently use. I feel better and gotten on the road to healthiness.

This office /specialist was very unperfessional. I was a new patient who was told that I had some problems with my thyroid was given a term for my issue. Instead of recommending a treatment plan or is this problem one I should be taking meds for. She informed me in a phone mesg that if I had questions to look the disorder up. What a poor answer given to a patient from a doctor who supposed to specialize in this type of medical issues. Please do your homework before wasting your time.

Dr. Figaro is a genius. It shocked me, because she really cares about her patients. She is great at explaining, giving you choices you can live with. She goes above and beyond, she continues to study her field and she is genuinely kind. Some of the nurses are pretty bad, that's on Genesis.
