Words fail me when trying to explain how grateful and thankful I am to have found Dr. Cunningham after being told I had a tumor that needed to be removed. Her compassion and expertise while caring for me, and then even helping my sister with new information when she learned she was a cancer survivor were absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing this type of care. I can never thank her enough.

Bad experience. She's in the wrong profession. Explains procedures at you instead of to you in ways you understand. No compassion at all...cold demeanor. Sits behind her big desk and throws information at you. Having cancer is serious. She pretty much had me dead BEFORE any blood work, X-rays, etc. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Dr. Cunningham is an excellent surgeon. She was very thorough with the pre-surgical testing. The day of the surgery she was prompt and clearly explained what would be happening. After a successful surgery she was very forthcoming in my diagnosis and follow up visits to be made. I will recommend her to family and friends in need.

I had a great experience with Dr. Cunningham. I had been referred to her by my gynecologist and, facing a cancer diagnos, I was nervous But before my first appointment, I heard good things about her through friends of my family. Truly, she was wonderful! A nice balance of empathy and matter-of-factness that was very reassuring. The surgery went well; recovery is progressing exactly as she predicted. Now, anytime I mention her name, even to another physician, I hear, “She’s the best!” I agree.

Earlier this year I was diagnosed with uterine cancer. Under the care of Dr. Cunningham I underwent a laproscopic hysterectomy. Dr. Cunningham from the start was professional and compassionate. She is a top notch doctor and surgeon that I believe is unmatched in her field. I from the start felt confident that I was in the best of hands; Dr. Cunningham saved my life.. I am forever grateful to Dr. Cunningham, she is truly an angel and I feel so privileged to have her on my team.

Dr.Cunningham has brought me through 10 years of care for ovarian cancer stage III..She had been lead investigator for new dual protocol in 2006. It was a struggle, and I didn't need a new best friend..I needed the best ,and I got her.
