We have been patients for a number of years and Dr. Jacob always encourages questions we might have. Listened well, took time to respond and/or explain all items of concern. All staff were professional and pleasant. Recommended him to our son and his family. 5 Stars for us.
I've been going to Dr. Jacobs since 2017. I have put up with his arrogant and pompous personality because I am not from the area and he was recommended by my then boss. After 4 years of regularly attending his practice I was notified by mail that they were dropping me as a patient. I called to ask why and no one would give me an answer. I was told to speak to the office manager- I left her 2 voicemails and she didn't call me back at all. I then spoke to the appointment setter I have dealt with for 4 years and she said she would find out why and that she would call me back, that was 2 weeks ago and I have not heard back. It's obvious they do not want to treat me even if I at times have gone without insurance and have paid for everything out of pocket. To say this is the first time I've ever encountered such a situation is an understatement. Had I known that they would drop me without even having the courtesy of giving me an explanation I would have taken steps years ago to drop him.
I've been to MANY doctors over the past 48 years, but never had an experience like this one. My long time doctor of 15 years dropped the health insurance plan I have, so I needed to find another doctor to perform a yearly wellness exam with all preventative blood work & EKG. Upon meeting him, he seemed pleasant, but that changed very fast. This doctor is the most arrogant, pompous, & condescending person I've encountered. I brought the preventative blood work results from the previous year to show what I normally have done, and it's the same preventative blood work that I've had performed for years by 2 doctors. The doctor looked at the previous test results and said, "I'll decide what tests you'll get". I brought up important preventative tests he was going to ignore for a guy my age, & was told, "How about I request a mammogram". A real wise @ss. Inferred that my long time doctor was a bad doctor for ordering the tests, & mouthed off that he was a physician(knows best) & I'm not.
One of the worst medical experiences I have ever had anywhere in the United States and I am 66 years old. Almost caused me a medical emergency because of his lack of care and his completely disorganized office. If you care about your health, stay away from this charlatan
Worst Doctor I have ever had the unfortunate experience to have taken care of the health of a human being. Like a child, he throws temper tantrums in his office. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL & undeserving of practice!!!!
Dr. Was very friendly. The way he spoke and listened to me was everything. He made me feel alot less stressed than I was when I came in. He addressed my concerns. I would definitely recommend and come back
I have been a patient of Dr. Jacob for over 15 years. From my very first experience, I encountered a genuine, concerned doctor. I actually had a doctor sit down with me for 45 minutes, go over every aspect of my health, and truly listen. When I commented on this, and I’ll never forget, he told me that he sees his patients as patients for life. At the time I thought that all doctors just rushed you through and wrote you a prescription without fully understanding any underlying issues. In fact, he told me to carry a list of my medications from all doctors in my wallet. This was certainly not the case! Since I’ve been seeing Dr. Jacob, his sincerity has never changed. I am convinced he is a great doctor and have referred him to well over a dozen satisfied friends & family.
He gets the worst rating because his office can not communicate with patients and does not return phone calls. There is not a backup physician.

Dr Jacob is extremely caring and professional- and in my opinion goes above the call of duty in making sure everything is well. I’ve referred him to many of my friends and family.
