I was horrified after months I could not get a simple paper with M.R.I. procedure number so I could get it done I went to Miami Valley and was refused M.R.I. BECAUSE OF THIS CARE SOURCE DID SEND ME APPROVAL BUT HOSPITAL DENIED ME.

The WORST office EVER! Plan on spending AT LEAST 2 hrs waiting with or without an appointment. They leave you waiting for hours then only try to spend 5 mins in the room with you. They don't explain anything to you and half the time the doctor acts as if he doesn't know what he's doing. I hate this...Read More
