I don't know what happened here- but I am absolutely appalled at how the team here has treated me this past year. The final straw was the conversation I had with NP Tina on Friday. I had called Thursday because what I had thought was one of my sinus infections gone awry was still getting worse instead of better after 2 weeks. Tina said she would phone in an antibiotic to my pharmacy and suggested I test for CoVid. I went to pick up the antibiotics Friday morning (she had not actually called them in, no surprise there- Tina usually requires reminders) and picked up a CoVid test since the Rx wasn't there. I tested positive for CoVid and was immediately scared... I am on several immunosuppressive meds and unable to be vaccinated. I called the office for advice on what to do next and how to know if I need to ask for more help. I called my Rheumatologist first, because of the terrible attitude everyone at Dr Casey's office has had this past year or so, but my Rheumatologist was unavailable

I have been one of Dr. Casey's patients since he started his private practics, I think over 25 years ago. I'm 68 years old and in good health and Dr. Casey's is keeping me that way. Very knowledgeable, thorough, and kind both him and his entire staff.

He used to be great. Since joining Catholic Health the quality of care has declined dramatically. Office staff boarders on negligent.
