Total replacement not successful. Very rude man. Long wait time (one hour) for appointments. Unwilling to help fix the problems. Had to consult another doctor for help.

Dr. Benoit was recommended to me by two different health providers. I definitely wanted to make an appointment with him. I called his number and was on hold for one hour and ten minutes. (I put the phone on speaker and went about my business.) My husband then called and got through in three minutes. I asked the office person who answered how this could happen. She had no idea and could not have cared less. Her attitude plus the long hold put me off so much that I will find another doctor.

Doctor Benoit did a partial knee replacement and after three months it was as if I had never had a knee problem at all. I can run, jump rope, do vigorous exercise all without any pain or swelling. I had been referred to Dr. Benoit by my neighbor who had had a knee replacement done by him. I am 100% happy with my new knee and highly recommend Dr. Benoit.

I had Dr. Benoit, for knee replacement surgery this spring. I was very pleased with the outcome of my knee. I was not happy with trying to get appointments, being seen in a timely manner, long waits trying to call his office, rescheduled appointments, and phone messages left that were not returned by staff. I also have to mention a PA that assists Dr. Benoit. His name is Michael. Michael is very curt & rude!! This is your warning.

I appreciate the patient care which Dr. Benoit gave me while diognosing and performing partial knee replacement. I especially appreciate the care he demonstrated in counseling me on another, unrelated issue concerning my spinal stenosis. His passion in his work as a physician is definetly a benefit to his patients. Ronald Stanley

After consultation with another orthopedic surgeon, it was determined that my shoulder problems were caused by two total and one partial rotator cuff tears. I was referred to Dr Benoit for shoulder replacement. Dr Benoit explained the procedure fully and was personable and reassuring as well. After surgery my recovery was relatively easy with home exercises done several times a day. At six weeks post surgery, I had almost full range of motion of my shoulder with very little discomfort.

Dr. Benoit replaced my right hip joint in June 2015, and performed a partial left knee replacement for me in Dec. 2016. Both surgeries were done at Banner Del Web Hospital in Sun City West, AZ. He was very informative, pleasant and reassuring before and after both procedures. I just returned from 4 days of walking on the Strip in Las Vegas and did not have any problems with my "new" joints.

I 'm a senior and I been having a lot of lower back an joint pain. My internal Dr Stalberg, recommended Dr Benoit. After talking and looking at ex rays Dr Benoit showed me how bad my right hip was. He looked me in eye and said if I would let him replace hip He guaranteed I would feel much better. Had surgery March 29th, had 2nd meeting with Dr after surgery and I can tell you I never felt better. Dr Benoit did a great job and I would recommend him every day of the week. Thanks again Dr Benoit.

I had both my knee and hip replaced by Dr. Benoit last year and definitely recommend him. Not only was everything done efficiently from scheduling the surgeries through follow up, he was able to be professional while having a sense of humor that put me at ease. There are additional joint replacements in my future and I will definitely go to Dr. Benoit.

moved here from another state and shortly afterward starting have hip problems. Since I was new to the area starting asking around about an orthopedic surgeon. DR. Benoit's name came up frequently with nothing but positive feedback. He ended up doing my total hip replacement and it was the best decision I ever made. I have nothing but positive things to say about him and his staff. He totally gave me my mobility back. If youre looking for a good orthopedic guy go see DR. Benoit. you wont be sorr

Rude, staff and Dr. Had a partial knee replacement, at the time told him other Dr.'s had said I needed a full. I trusted him (wrong decision). After surgery no follow up care with him. No follow up phone calls from his office. Many problems with the knee, called office and the MA's acted like they were the Dr's. I felt like I was brothering them. A lot more has happened but in the end 6 months later having now a full knee replacement being done by a different Dr. One I do trust.

Met with 4 ortho docs before choosing Benoit. Replaced both shoulders ten weeks apart. Wish I'd found him several years earlier. 95%mobility and first time in years I'm pain free. He's my hero. Maggie

Dr Benoit did two knee replacements for me in 2012. I was very happy with him and his staff. My knees healed great and I was back to construction work in 4 months, softball, golf and even skiing. I would greatly recommend Dr. Benoit.

Terrible staff - totally uncompassionate. Dr. Benoit is a monster and an idiot. Not a doctor in my book. Filing a grievance with Medical Licensing Board. Should not be practicing medicine.
