Great staff and an exceptional doctor. Never rushes through treatment and always spends time explaining. Never up-sells services for unnecessary procedures to increase cost. I believe the bad reviews must be trolls and you shouldn't pay any attention.

She is very knowledgeable about infrequent diseases of dermatology. You frequently have to wait beyond the time of your appointment but once you get into the exam room, she's in there reasonably soon. She focuses on your problem and takes the necessary to treatment it. Don't expect an extended conversation about social topics. Her staff is generally friendly and helpful, especially on insurance questions. The office is older and utilitarian but clean and functional.

waited over an hour and a half in waiting room and over 45 minutes in exam room. they didn't care and really treated me like they were doing me a huge favor. No apology for the tremendously long wait and quick and abrupt in the room.

Ran 1 1/2 hours late for an appt and then said she didnt have time to remove a cyst. Guess when you overbook patients, of course you dont have time to treat them! Sure had time to bill us didnt you?

Dr. Hampton is an excellent Dr. She takes her time listening to your concerns & then acts upon them. My husband & I have been her patients for 17 years now & she has never once failed us in any decision she has made about our health issues.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Hampton. She kept me waiting approximately 45 minutes. When she came in, she did not apologize for running behind. She brought in a medical student (with my permission) but directed most of her conversation to the student not to me. She then proceeded to talk so fast that I had to ask her several things about what she said. She maybe spent 10 minutes with me. I am a professional also and would never treat my clients the way she treated me.

The experience was horrible. Totally unprofessional staff I really do not feel like my concerns were answered. Now I have to go to another dermatologist to get my issues solved. All I got was some very expensive medicine. Never again will they see me!!
