I saw Dr. Ross for several years. I found him to be a brilliant pulmonologist and he takes great care of his patients. While he is not a 'warm and fuzzy' doctor, he knows his stuff and he's one of the best for follow-up. My insurance coverage changed so I can't see him any more, but I haven't found a pulmonologist that near compares to him.

Long wait times - 30 to 45 minutes each visit. Medical explanations were not helpful...learned more about my condition on Wikipedia than through the doctor. Very poor bedside manner - showed limited empathy and concern for my condition. Disappointing customer experience overall. I would not recommend Dr. Ross.

Dr. Ross is an excellent doctor. He has treated my husband and also my Mom. He saved my Mom's life, as he caught her cancer early because he was so thorough. She has been in remission after 6 1/2 years! He is a Pulmonology Doctor, but, if I was able to afford a PPO Insurance Plan, he would be my Primary Doctor. I feel that he really cares about his patients and treats them like they were his family. A+ Doctor!
