What People Say About Dr. Marlene Charles, MD
Reply
Dr. Charles made me wait 30-40 minutes after my appointment. The receptionist said I needed to pay a $40 "co-pay" in cash, which I had not been told prior to my appointment. They did not have an ATM so I had to leave the building to go get it. When I finally saw Dr. Charles, she was rude and impersonal, and said that she could not prescribe me anything (??!) and that I needed to see another type of psychiatrist. When I pressed her, she hastily wrote me a prescription. Very sketchy.
