Dr. Marc Zucker is an ineffectual and uncaring physician. He saw my wife Mary, 61, for shortness of breath and extreme weakness beginning 11/23/18. Over four months, he continually failed to review test results and to contact other physicians for consults as promised. Communications with the office staff were so bad that I had to twice ask Mary’s internist to intervene on her behalf. Mary died on 3/8/19. Three weeks later and not one word of sympathy from Dr. Zucker’s office.

Dr Zuckner was wounderful. I came to him with advance heart failure. I went through the rigorous tests and was placed on their transplant list. Within 6 weeks I was in Newark Beth Israel receiving my gifted new heart. Dr Zuckner and his team were professionals from day one. My Surgen Dr Camacho was a sweet heart and one of the best. From the nursing to the Doctors Dr Zuckers Heart failure and transplant program was excellent.

Dr. Zucker lacks communicative skills to convey the appropriate understanding of the patient's condition and problem. Consultation was not followed up and results transmitted to the physician who recommended him. There was a lack of professional courtesy to the patient. Dr. Zucker is not one who can be recommended.

My dad was 70 years old. A patient of dr Zucker for 16 years. 8 months ago he started having organ failure. The dr did 6 months of tests to find out it was his heart all along. Dr knew this from beginning but because my dad was not in the best health and was 70 he strung him along until he became 125 pounds and bedridden, then told us there is nothing he can do to help us. He should of told us he was not interested in helping us 6 months ago. We would have gone elsewhere. Never even said sorry.
