Dr. Zucker is a an academic, not a caring concerned physician. After my first meeting with him, a second consultation was arranged to discuss the results from some tests. He did not come into the hospital room where I was taken although he was seen working in an office. Instead, another physician was sent in to discuss the results. This lack of civility and professionalism is perplexing and unprecedented. No explanation or apology for this breach of etiquette was offered.
