He used a handheld otoscope to look at my nasal passage and told me i had a sinus infection. And then nonchalantly asked if I would like to see what the inside of my nose looked like and thinking nothing of it, I said yes. Only to find out when the bill came, that that little otoscope with a camera that he put up my nose for 20 seconds, cost me an extra $600. I wouldn't recommend this guy to anyone. He tries to generate revues for the hospital rather than looking out for the patient.

The office staff here is completely unacceptable. Appointments are very late, staff is not helpful, and very rude. Does not direct you or help you locate paperwork or information that is vital for another doctor or hospital to review. I have experience with Spectrum Health, Metro Health, and Sloan-Kettering in New York. All of these hospitals are much more organized and helpful than the staff at Dr. Zacharek's office.
