Dr. Mark A. Williams, MD says

In our specialty,  in-office procedures may need to be performed to fully assess otolaryngic (ear, nose & throat) complaints. We attempt to perform these procedures on the same day of the visit. While this might prolong your (and other patients') visit, we believe it respects your time and finances by preventing the need for a separate appointment (with a separate copay) wherein the procedure would otherwise be performed.

We place a high value on educating our patients regarding their condition. Consequently, your visit might not be the speediest,  but will be thorough and pleasant. If you prefer a physician who spends 3-5 minutes with the patient & rarely listens, in an effort to move on to the next patient, our office might not be the best choice for you. We do not apologize for educating and listening to ALL of our patients.

Office staff does not answer phones or return messages (even urgent for surgical complications, etc.) in a timely fashion even during regular business hours. Pre and post surgery instructions aren't very thorough. Dr. Williams charges $50 for completion of each type of paperwork (like FMLA/disability). Staff does not act in a caring, compassionate way and is very frustrating to work with, if you can even reach them. Messages aren't answered in web portal either.

I've been suffering with inner ear infections for years! Dr. Williams and his staff were amazing. He found what was wrong with me in minutes. Even though I got some bad news (was diagnosed with Cholesteatoma) I thank God for this man that took the time and care to find out what was wrong with me and I am at ease knowing he will be performing my surgery.
