Took a long time to be seen. I could hear the staff giggling behind the desk. Th only one who seemed like she knew what she was doing was the RN who gave me a Bolus of Solumedrol.. She was very efficient and and knowledgeable.. the waiting room was big but dank and eerie . So, was Dr. Tan.

Dr. Tan suggested that I’d get more of what I was looking for using 23 and Me, but still proceeded to do tons of bloodwork. I wanted him to review my bloodwork over the phone, as he said it “may show nothing” rather than paying a copayment, missing work, etc if it was unnecessary. The staff was...Read More

new bloodwork wasn't ready. He fumbled through paperwork, slouched in his chair, left the door ajar while a child ran in the hallway of the exam rooms. He didn't ask how are you or about my symptoms. I have referred Family and coworkers to Dr Tan. He is a caring man and a wonderful doctor. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns & addresses them. He has been my rheumatologist for over 10 years and I am extremely happy with the way I have been treated by Dr Tan and staff
