I would only give 0.01 start rating, I went to see this doctor because he was recommended by the ENT clinic i visited. But it's the worst doctor visit i'v hard, firstly he made me wait for almost 2 hours at the reception, after 2 hours, he got in the room and said"I dont think i need to see you"., then he randomly checked me for 2 minutes, on my way out of that office, the nurse said NO other expense besides $25 copay, but there is another big bill after 3 weeks, he doesnt look nice as this pictu

He performed a tonsilectomy on my 6 year old last week. He was great with our son and his staff was excellent!! They were incredibly helpful on the billing and insurance side of things and Ive always gotten through very quickly when I call. I would definitely recommend them.

I was told my insurance covered my visit and would be a $30 co pay. Two weeks later got a bill for $150 saying I had surgery. I did NOT have surgery, I had a camera stuck up my nose in an office visit that took 15 minutes. Billing department told me there is nothing they can do its surgery. My insurance company told me the Dr.'s office could change it to an office visit and it would be a $30 co pay. They won't. Sounds like this office is trying to get money out of their patients no matter what.

Just spend 3 hrs and 15 minutes on hold waiting to make an appointment. It started with a message of 16 minute wait, that prove very wrong. Still don't have an appointment .
