He performed a tonsilectomy on my 6 year old last week. He was great with our son and his staff was excellent!! They were incredibly helpful on the billing and insurance side of things and Ive always gotten through very quickly when I call. I would definitely recommend them.

I was told my insurance covered my visit and would be a $30 co pay. Two weeks later got a bill for $150 saying I had surgery. The national institute of coding decides if CPT codes are surgical or not, it does not mean that you have had a surgery. Any ENT you go to if that procedure is required to treat you, you would have had the same issue. We do have it listed on our financial form and also posted in each exam room on a large sign that the scope can be deemed surgical and deductible or co-insurance may apply. The scope is separately billable from the office visit.

Just spend 3 hrs and 15 minutes on hold waiting to make an appointment. It started with a message of 16 minute wait, that prove very wrong. Still don't have an appointment .

We apologize that you had such difficulty trying to reach us. This is not a normal wait time for a telephone call to our office. I suspect there may have been some trouble with the telephone lines on that particular day. I see you posted this review on 7/12. Unfortunately our building was with out electric all day on the 11th of July and this could be why you could not reach us on that day.
