If you have the chance to have Dr. Sontag as your doctor, you are blessed. He was mine for over 5 years and he was wonderful! He always has a smile on his face. Says my name and says hello even if I'm talking to someone else. He is calm, listens, and has patience. I can go on and on about how great he is. I have been sick for many years and have dealt with many doctors and he is ranked closed if not one of the best. Ps: He is also great with service dogs too, mine loved him

Dr. Sontag has been amazing! I was referred to him by another doctor I respect and couldn't be happier with the referral. I met him after a year of chronic sciatic pain due to two slipped discs. I'd done everything I could think of to address the problem with no success (another physiatrist, an orthopedic surgeon, an osteopath, people for acupuncture, physical therapy, posture, Feldenkrais.). I am now pain free and working with him on getting back. He is knowledgeable, thorough and listens well

I have been seeing Dr. Sontag for ;over back and pinch nerve pain in my leg. He and his staff have gone overboard to work with Blue Cross to get all of my procedures covered and paid, even when they were not totally covered. Dr. Sontag is continuing to work with me for a long term solution to my medical problem to avoid surgery and hopefully be able to ski this winter.
