I was referred toDr. Soltany by my primary care doctor’s office. The previous specialist didn’t see the deeper issue specially ringing in my ears that eventually got infected. It was suggested I see another specialist. Dr. Mark Soltany is very thorough in his procedures and my first visit yesterday gave me peace of mind as he patiently went through specific steps and measures to see what was going on with both my ears and throat. He is very reassuring, very professional and also gave very clear explanation of what was going on followed by step by step instructions on the treatment measures. I am also pleased with his courteous and efficient staff, specially with their great safety protocols. No waiting time, I was Taken in on the appointed time.

Dr. Soltany was polite, asked good questions, and quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem with my ear. His staff was equally polite and knowledgeable. Everyone was on time. I could not have asked for a more positive experience.
