I had a terrible result from Dr Snyder’s knee replacement. It is now more than 3 years since he did the knee replacement and despite his boasting about his skill, his surgical intervention led to a revision surgery and resultant daily pain and instability and no matter how hard I try to rebuild the muscle, I continue to suffer from severe muscle atrophy. Over the years I have tried to forget Dr Snyder but the constant pain prevents me from doing so. Sadly, I can not recommend him.

I have known Dr. Snyder since his early years as an emergency on call orthopedic when he reconstructed my ankle. Then I have came to him for my knee. He did everything possible until total knee replacement. I wouldn't go to any other orthopedic unless he gives me a reference.

I am recovering from a total knee replacement revision. The first surgery was performed by Dr. Snyder 8.5 years ago. I have had an extremely limited range of motion not ameliorated by physical therapy, acupuncture, work with a trainer, nor extensive exercise. Dr. Snyder insisted that it was my own fault because I hadn’t listened to him, which was not true. I assumed that I would have to live that way for the rest of my life. It was scar tissue that held me back, and now I can sit, stand and move

Dr. Mark A. Snyder is TOTALLY dedicated to the HIGHEST PRINCIPLES of orthopedic practice and safety. He listens to and encourages patients. He is careful about medications, because each patient is different. He is a believer in exercises, physical therapy and use of ice. Hip and knee surgeries are difficult for patients to recover from, and he knows that patient participation in recovery is critical. He leads a committed, prayer-centered, mission-oriented life as a Christian servant of God.

He is a wonderful Dr. He took time to explain the procedure to both my father in law, and myself. He was very thorough checking him for his hip replacement. Unlike other Dr's who wanted to schedule the same day! I appreciate the comfort that I feel knowing he is doing the surgery.

Very efficient office staff. Dr Snyder and the PA were absolutey concerned about my problems. Both are extremely skilled, and I feel this was the reason my surgery and my recovery, went so well. Both took the time to answer my questions and concerns. Would highly recommend Dr Snyder, and have told many others what a wonderful surgeon he has been.
