Dr. Scroggs is the best! I very friendly. Doesn't feel like your going to the doctor when you go and see him. I look forward to my eye exams every year.

I had an urgent issue with my eye on a Friday night. Dr Scroggs took my call, met me in the office, and spent time fixing my concern. Then he contacted me the next day to ensure I was doing well. He is truly a compassionate and expert ophthalmologist. They don't make physicians like him anymore!
