I was refer by a guidance counselor to Saxon's for treatment for depression and anxiety. Treatmentwise, I didn't really receive any except for prescriptions. The only reason I kept up by the meeting was because I was under the assumption that they lead me to believe that my insurance was cover and I would only have to pay the copay of $20 each visit. Which is exactly what ive been doing. Come to find that they sent me a letter billing me for $103. Which is alot for a broke college kid like me.

I was a patient of dr. Saxon. Now it was my fault that I did not return for a scheduled appointment but I had issues with substance abuse. I called back after I came back from a treatment center to reschedule an appointment and I was told because I did not call to cancel that appointment and the fact that I was in treatment that he would no longer see me as a patient. So if anyone out there that is looking for help for their substance abuse he will turn you down for trying to help yourself.

I called the office for them to fill my prescription at my pharmacy and they said it would be there at the end of the day today. I trusted them, even though this happened last time and I had to pay out of pocket for it. I went to my pharmacy, hours after I called, and they still don't have it filled. I feel as if they don't care at all at this point. I'll try called again tomorrow morning but you'd think with ssris involved, you'd think they'd be better with it given the withdrawals.

He really cares about his patient. Really helped me.
Staff is terrible. Rude and doesn't care about patients. They can't schedule and I have to make 3 appointments in advance. The wait to see a counselor isn't long.

Don't go here if you don't have insurance, even when you pay for everything in full and never cancel appointments. I got referred to here after leaving a mental hospital after a suicide attempt, then lost my insurance 2 years after first going here. Treating my depression was the number one thing in my life due to how bad it got. The excuse they gave me was I didn't call to schedule my appointment soon enough. I had to make them every 6 months, I called in 5 months.

About what you'd expect from a high-volume therapist.Office staff underqualified & unprofessional. Due to the volume of patients, they're particularly bad at scheduling issues. After calling to verify my appointment, the wait for them to return my call caused me to be 18min late. Still told to come in, after waiting 30min I was confronted by office staff like a school child late for class. Saxon=15min late seeing patients anyway. His concern was primarily covering up for pernicious staff.
