Waited an hour in a FULL office, when asked when we would be seen, told it would be at least another hour - No Apologies or Explanation. With a 2 hour delay, a good office would be contacting patients before they left home. Having such a disregard for patients is just ARROGANT! Keep in mind, most of the patients waiting were Seniors.

After reviewing the considerable data from the many tests his office had ordered, he proceeded to work on a whiteboard and carefully and clearly explain my situation and discuss a treatment plan. Dr. Russo is very bright, well-trained and highly competent. I left his office with a good understanding of my kidney issues and a treatment plan going forward. I also left feeling comfortable with the excellent medical care I would be receiving from him.

Never in my 70 years have I seen a circus operated practice. The receptionist had no record for my appt which was made a year ago with blood work done 2 weeks prior. A full waiting room so plan on waiting at least an hour, because he double and triple books. Where did my appt go? People came in, waited hours complaining, and I joined in, except I was the scapegoat because I was not on the books (very inefficient staff). When it came to waiting from 1:40 until closing time, I was quite upset because I had to wait until everyone else was seen. So with my blood work showing more RED FLAGS than normal to be addressed on needed treatment by that doctor, he threw me out threatening calling the police because of my behavior...behavior that was shown by the 20 or more people who waited before me. E-coli and some kidney issues along with list of other RED FLAGS and that doctor refused the oath taken to be a doctor. NO WAY WOULD I GO TO HIM. In fact, the AMA will be notified. No treatment.
