Unbelievably LONG wait times - treated with disinterest and briskness by doctor - charged twice for what should have been one visit - insurance fraud. Staff is robotic and uncaring - it's like herding cattle through that office - no compassion or caring or personal care at ALL
I have apologized to this patient for her misunderstanding on our visits. She had multiple tests that needed to be done followed by a dilation (that takes a minimum of 20-30 mins). She was very frustrated and upset because she had to leave to pick up her children. I moved my portion of the exam along for her. The main issue was poor communication on time expectation, NOT lack of caring. I would also state that my staff are some of the best, well trained, professional, caring staff!
