After being a patient (along with my children & grandchildren) of Dr. Rodgers for over 30 years, I was told that I would be a new patient because I had not been there in a few years. Would have to make an appt for initial consultation and another appt for a physical. Then when they found out I had medicare, I was told they couldn't see me at all. Guess it doesn't pay to be healthy or get old if you ever need to see this doctor.

They mailed to me personal information of another patient I do not know at all. Need I say more? Who can be be sure their own information is safe with such a practice?

During the years my family went to Dr. Rogers: the staff was rude, the phone was ALWAYS answered can you hold? without waiting for an answer and then calls were dropped, emails were met with an auto email response promising an answer within 24 hours and then answered wrong (due to lack of reading the question) requiring another auto response etc., medical tests were done incorrectly and refunds were refused by ignoring our questions, and billing and medical documentation had to be corrected.
