Dr. Powell and his staff are wonderful. I was in much pain my first visit, and I was able to get an appointment pretty fast. I was diagnosed with a meniscus tear that required surgery, and it was done in less than a week. No problems at all. I come back occasionally to get a shot in my knee, and I receive the same great service from the doctor and all the staff. They are great. I highly recommend Dr. Powell for any orthopedic needs, and his staff will treat you like family.

I’m very pleased with the treatment I received from Dr Powell. After my knee scope and PRP injections I’m able to do all the the things I enjoy doing! Since my surgery, I’ve completed 3 half marathons and I’m able to hike without knee pain! Dr. Powell took time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood everything I wanted to know about my procedure. He has a very friendly staff that always greets you with a smile. Dr. Powell and his staff are the best!!

Exceptional physician!! Patient, respectful, great communication and very skilled. Orthopedic physician for the Arkansas Razorbacks. Highly recommend. Additionally, if surgery is needed, ask about Northwest Physicians Specialty Hospital for procedure. They have the absolute best staff, providing the best care, hands down.

Dr. Powell has been treating me for several years. He takes the time to listen to his patients and takes the less evasive type of remedy. I like this as who wants to have surgery if not necessary. His staff is awesome making you feel like family! Very caring and helpful!

I would highly recommend Dr. Powell and his associates ! My experience was "top shelf" from the first consultation to the last day of my physical therapy. He's certainly doing something right as every member of his office staff and PT team are friendly, helpful, and have a smile on their face whenever I am there. He tells you exactly what to expect prior to your surgery & what it will take to help you heal as quickly as possible. I was more than satisfied with the results from my surgery.

Dr. Powell scoped my knee and got me back to work inside of one week. It was my second scope. First, by a different surgeon and that was a bad experience. Dr. Powell is top shelf. I was highly pleased with my results. His physical therapy team was awesome too.

Was very pleased when I visited Dr. Powell in Feb. 2015 for a shoulder examination. The MRI showed a full thickness tear of the rotator cuff. Rather than immediately suggesting surgery, a regimen of physical therapy was recommended. Two years later, I have full range of motion and am virtually pain free. The staff at Powell Othopedics is great and the Physical Therapy team is the best. However, Hanna, the PTA at Powell, needs helps with her Fantasy Football.
