My daughter and I have been patients of Dr. Petersons for over 10 years now. He did a labrum tear repair on my shoulder in 2010 and fixed a torn meniscus in my knee last Thursday. He is a great doctor and a gifted surgeon. He has a great bedside manner and is kind and compassionate but he tells it like it is. I have never felt rushed by him and even the most basic of my questions are answered patiently and thoroughly. Quick recovery from both operation. I recommend him without reservation!

Dr. Peterson completely botched my foot surgery. Afterwards he told me that my care was being transferred to the practice's foot specialist. I was shocked--why did he ever operate on my foot without the necessary skills or expertise?? Making matters worse, he missed a dangerous post surgery infection that another doctor immediately caught. I needed to see a plastic surgeon and have additional surgery because of Dr. P's mistakes. Patient beware - stay away from this doctor!!

The absolute WORST Dr I have ever been to. He was terribly rude, unprofessional and treated my injury wrong. I've been a PA for 30 years and have never seen such incompetence. I broke my tibia and fibula and he was on call at the ER.

Dr. Peterson did my ACL replacement and meniscus repair 3 years ago. To put it bluntly, he completely botched the surgery and then left me in agony post-operatively. He got the guide wire, that is used to thread the ACL into place, caught behind the fixation screw and the wire broke off. The screw was already glued in so he had to hammer the screw out and install a new graft. He also failed to properly repair the meniscus tear and it shredded. I had to have another surgeon fix it. Stay Clear!!

Over the past 18 years Dr. Peterson has performed two arthroscopic surgeries on my knees with success. What I love about him and his bedside manner is that he does not rush into surgery without first explaining the other options as well as other interventions that may work to relieve the discomfort. He speaks candidly and makes sure I understand before I leave the office. He will continue to be the ortho doc I turn to in the event I need an orthopedist.

I've been going to Dr. Peterson for years, and he did a TKR on me. He is very straightforward and I trust his experience and judgement.
