Excellent care by Dr Pavilack and the staff at Tidewater Eye Centers ! They got me in quickly, assessed my clinical situation, comprehensively and carefully explained my options, allowed me to ask multiple questions, answered them clearly and concisely, and developed a treatment plan that was spot on ! I highly recommend eye care with this group and specifically Dr. Pavilack. He provides individualized, highly personnel care combined with the highest level of clinical expertise. A++

I was seen by Dr. Pavilack on an emergency basis following symptoms of flashing lights. He made it very clear that he was doing me a favor by fitting me on on a short notice. He was very condescending and rude. He ignored me when I asked a question and talked over me by looking at the nurse and addressing her. He told me that I had junk in the back of my eyes. He did NOT tell me that I had a vitreous detachment. He seemed angry when I attempted to ask another question that he did not answer.
