I actually went to Urgent Care in June 2016 for a popping sensation in my knee. They told me it was a sprain, but my knee kept giving out and I could barely walk without a support of some type. After a few nagging visits to UC, they sent me to Dr. Paden, who immediately ordered an MRI. As it turns out, I had to have an ACL reconstruction with hamstring autograft, since I ripped out my ACL completely. It's taken a year for my knee to heal and I'm very happy with Dr. Paden's surgical work.

He did and MRI and said I needed meniscus repair nearly a year ago. I had it, did two rounds of PT and got injections in it because it has gotten worse! I saw another dr in Tulsa who did and x-ray and said I needed partial or full replacement (something Paden said I don't need). I am now trying to get done what I probably should have had a year ago. I have had a year of pain and am out lots of co-pays for someone I would never recommend. But he is a really nice guy with great bedside manner!

Another doctor who does not examine the patient--only xrays. done in 5 minutes. Don't bother if you are in pain. Arrogant and rushed.

Horrible experience - moved from Plano Texas to Stillwater OK, am trying to find a new orthopedic surgeon for some chronic knee issues. They took x-rays and got about 5 minutes with the doctor - then they prescribed a steroid shot, which made the problems much worse. So I got 5 minutes of Dr time to the tune of $995 and my knee is worse off. Also this was an in network doctors visit so it should have been treated that way - it was not they billed it as outpatient procedures!

Thumb and knee situations. Excellent doctor with high expertise. Extremely knowledgeable and competent. Good patient relationship manner!
