Patient Reviews (15)
in Dunedin, FL |
Very disappointed with this doctor. He seemed to be in a rush, and barely examined my eyes. I went to him for a more thorough eye exam as I have several eye issues. I paid to see an opthalmologist but I could have just gone to an optician instead. The receptionist forgot to put my folder in the sorter so I wasn't called in after almost an hour later . Being a new patient I thought I would have to fill out some papers but they did not require that either. The two assistants inside are excellent.
We appreciate the candid feedback. We are disappointed to hear that an experience in our office was less than stellar and we would like to apologize, as making a bad impression is not something we have practice in. However, we take all comments to heart and use them as educational tools to improve. Given the opportunity, we would like to provide a better care experience in the future. In the meantime, we send out our warmest wishes.
