Everytime I took my 85 year old mother to Dr. Milner we would wait a minimum of 3 hours. When he would finally show up the exam was rushed and it was difficult to ask questions. I dont care how good a doctor he is. He overbooks his practice and could care less how long his patients wait.

Dr. Milner is highly recommended by colleagues in the field. He is conservative and honest in that he will not proceed with a...more
