The doctor refused to see me when I declined to sign an arbitration agreement. First time this has ever happened to me. Office staff unpleasant. Ridiculous to expect patients to sign one-sided legal documents in exchange for care. The doctor wasted a full hour of my time.

Liar, unprofessional, no interpersonal skills whatsoever. According to him it's ok for you to have crooked hand as long as it's functional. Are you for real??? That's coming from a doctor who's supposed to correct the problem. If you can't fix a simple fracture you should have your license...more
