Dr. Maslan was nice but I feel like he wasn't really listening to what I was saying. I went in with two different issues needing to be addressed and he only paid heed to one. He was in and out within five minutes.

Dr. Maslin was very arrogant and rude. I would not recommend him, at all. The office is built with an open area in the hallway for providers to dictate. As I waited in the room for the nurse to discharge me, I could hear him dictate about our visit. He started to say something about me, then realized I was still in the room and stopped. I was embarrassed that everyone could easily hear him. I feel that the providers need a more private area to do their dictation.

Dr. Maslan has treated members of my family for over 30 years. He is both skilled, knowledgeable, and direct. He basically "tells it as it is" which I appreciate. Dr. Maslan is also caring and compassionate.

Dr. Maslan was fantastic. He answered all my questions and although he had a full office, he never made me feel rushed. Patient, competent, and truly one of those old school doctors that you can trust. Surgery went just as he anticipated and he was just as caring and attentive in his follow up care. I can't say enough about this caring and wonderful physician.

He kept me waiting and hour and a half past my appointment time, with no explanation or apology. I explained my symptoms of severe ear pain and pressure, ringing in my ears, dizziness, etc. He took a quick peek in my ear and told me there was no problem there, and I probably had TMJ. When I told him that I didn't believe this to be the case (which I've since confirmed with my dentist), he shrugged his shoulders and told me to just take Aleve and left the room after spending less than 5 min.
