He gave me my life back! I had been in pain for over a year, thought pain was coming from my hip, but turns out it was my back. Had fusion of L4-5S-1 and cured! My step count has gone from <500 steps a day to an average of 8000. I no longer need a cane, walker, etc!

Dr. Manoso is amazing. I’ve had back pain for years and went to see him. I told him I didn’t want surgery, he exhausted every thing to prevent that. Finally I agreed and feel wonderful. He is a great surgeon, explained everything so I could understand it. He listened to what I had to say, truly listened. I would highly recommend him to anyone with back issues.

Dr. Manoso performed lumbar spine surgery on my back, and I am extremely happy with the whole process. The results are excellent. Dr. Manoso was very clear in his explanation of the surgery and clearly instructed me on what I needed to do, on my part, to assure success. I’m 6.5 weeks out from surgery, feel much better, pre-surgery pain is gone, and I’m doing my PT, and feeling good. I have “great expectations” for the next 25 or so years (I’ll be 74 next month)! Went to Orthopedic + Fracture Specialist with pain in my left shoulder and numbness in the left hand. After a complete assessment of my complaints an exploring every possibility it was determined that I needed ACDF surgery of my 5th, 6th and 7th cervical vertebrae. Dr. Manoso and his team were great and explained everything I was about to go through. It has been six months and thing could not have gone better. I highly recommend Dr. Manoso and the staff at Orthopedic + Fracture Specialist.
