Dr. Lebeda has done tubes for both of my children and had been fantastic to work with. He explained the process thoroughly and took time to answer all of my questions. He even came in early for the last surgery to squeeze us in before our vacation. I highly recommend Dr. Lebeda.

Husband's sinus surgery was just FIXED by a specialist in Ann Arbor. Deviated septum wasn't fixed properly, and turbinates were laying across sinus openings and scarred down. I'd thought it was just his bedside manner that was poor, but apparently his attention to detail was too.

His bedside manor is terrible. He is short and somewhat rude. However, he is a great doctor if you can get past his demeanor. My son had sudden hearing loss and after our primary care doctor and his physician's assistant both botched the diagnosis, Dr. Lebeda told us accurately what happened to our son and referred us to specialized care in Novi. Their audiologists and staff are top notch too.

Dr. Lebeda saw my son for ear issues. He seemed like he just woke up from a nap grouchy, did not make eye contact or greet me or my son, rushed through the appointment and clearly wanted us out of there. My young son tried to engage with him and he totally ignored him. I had to insist on some answers, which he finally gave after seeing I was getting annoyed. I hate that my son saw this kind of unprofessional behavior as an example.

July of 2017, Dr. Lebeda performed a parotidectomy of my left parotid gland. It turned out to be the second worse case he had ever done lasting two hours longer than anticipated. Prior to discharge from the hospital, we went into a long and lengthy discussion of what was done during the procedure and the healing process. I could tell that he was concerned yet optimistic. He showed a lot of skill, passion and heart. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

My husband had cancer in his neck. Original Surgeon left practice abruptly. We ended up w/ Dr Lebeda. My husband was having major throat swelling, his office scheduled him for the following WEEK! Then I calledHe couldn't answer questions, nor offer solutions for the side effects my husband was dealing with but wanted him to return the following week. Return for what, more unanswered questions and another office call fee, and hit our insurance for more unresolved questions. Seek another ENT Dr!!!

He is the worst doctor EVER! Stay away. He only cares about making money, do not trust his decisions. He messed up my ear, now I drive an hour away to see my current ENT. Worthless doctor.

My 15yr old son has mild sleep apnea. My family doctor wanted a specialist opinion for surgery. Dr La Bada told him to loose weight and left the room. The office then demands payment before leaving office. We paid more than required after bcbs processed the claim. Shady, for profit only operation. Request another doctor. Find another practice!
