In fact, he went on to compete in the collegiate circuit on the track and field team, specializing in pole vaulting. His interactions with orthopedic surgeons during this time exposed him to the specialty. He knew that he wanted to go into medicine and this experience ultimately drew him to pursue a care in orthopedics. Dr. Lawler started Marin Orthopedics in 2000 and has been serving the entire Marin region and surrounding communities ever since. His ultimate goals are to provide patient-centric care and the highest level of quality care in the area. He strives to make every patient feel like an individual and takes great pride in understanding the issues are hand so he can provide a comprehensive, long-term solution."
